Terms and Conditions

We want to accommodate our clients events. All clients booking with Lootsloung.com must be 18 years of age or older.

Please use (1) booking form per event. 

We allow:

• (1) Basic session per event or (1) Session upgrade per event or

• (1) Basic session and (1) addition hour per event or 

• (1) Session upgrade and (1) addition hour per event or

• We will provide you with a price estimation for your corporate and/or nonprofit event. (All corporate and nonprofit events must book for the full event)

Bookings that do not follow the above terms are subject to cancellation without notification.

A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation.

The Basic session and the Session upgrade require a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation. If the deposit for your event is not paid, your reservation will be cancelled without notification.

The (1) addition hour per event booked will be charged separately from the original event booking and is subject to availability.

A full payment is due immediately after we confirm your event.

We understand that things happen. In the event of a cancellation, we’ll work with you in rescheduling your booking. NO REFUND of any payments is given in the event of your party reservation being cancelled if an alternate booking can’t be scheduled.

Cancellation and Refund Policy of Tournament

A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation.

NO REFUND of any payments is given in the event of a no show.

Large Events (Large events refer to events with more than 30 people) may result in additional fees to accommodate staff to make sure your event runs smoothly. This fee will be calculated and charged to the client ​as a separate fee after booking has been confirmed.

Travel surcharge will apply for locations more than 20 miles from our trailer location in Detroit, Michigan to cover the driver’s time and fuel cost.

Loots Lounge is designed for all types of weather conditions. The trailerr is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party.

In the event of severe weather (lightning, heavy rain or snow, very high winds, flooding etc,) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated ice/snow/rain/wind storm) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.

Loots Lounge nor any of its employees, agents or contractors shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage.

Additionally, Loots Lounge reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card or invoice client and client agrees to pay for damages, theft or loss to the trailer or equipment resulting from accidental, careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. Trailer equipment shall include, but not be limited to, the mobile gaming trailer, seating, video game systems, televisions, game controllers and game discs. Loots Lounge or their employees, agents or contractors assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
